It won’t be exactly 1 year mark promotion, will eat into a few months, some even 1.5 years then promote

Yes acn is known for the high OT culture. You can try and you will know, interns or full timers not spared from this. There are a few analysts who never OT cos they leave the office or work on time, but they also hardly get promoted.
