Doesnt matter whether the fresh grads can earn 5.2k or not. What matters is for someone in tech, being paid 5.2k at 3 years of exp is severely underpaid.

But BAs got come in as sr analyst with 3 years exp? Or do they get sr analyst after 1.5-2 years at acn? Somemore not even the base sr analyst pay lol. 5.2k is lower than base sr analyst pay.

BA is not level and title specific. It’s a function. You can be performing a BA role as a consultant or an analyst. Same concept for other industries. You can be a BA at the VP level at a bank.
