I was in Acn for a while after graduating. Is doable la
Key is learnt when to say No.
For me start work 9 end work 8+~9 is acceptable la, occasionally midnight but very rare.
U need to draw ur line and be firm, don’t let ppl take advantage of u.

Really depends lah. If you lucky get good supervisors then good lor. But in many big companies (not just acn) bosses tend to just want people to work for them. Thats the life in highly competitive places and welcome to real world.

All in all, accenture no good. Sorry to say for those who have accepted this role.

Real talk. Just like every job in consulting, there will be hectic days. ACN is considered not bad if you can't break into MBB or Tier 2.

Much better than Big 4 and NCS/Tata/Capgemini in terms of salary, growth and exits. Better wlb than Big 4 100%.
