In UOB, they are recognised as MA and whatever division you're in - IBD, Ops, Risk, or whatever - you will still be drawing the MA salary.
Whereas in US banks, fresh graduates enter as a entry-level position - Analyst - instead of joining a graduate programme and labeled as an MA.

Anyone from the MA 2023 batch got their offers?
what was the monthly pay and did the bonus at end of the year quite a specific amount?
Received the offer , but didn’t get a fixed bonus. Read on here previously that the bonus was a fixed amount of $10000

Today (6 March) on my UOB application, the "Senior Officer" application title appeared. It seems to be "added as a recipient", wondering if anyone else has this?

Received the offer. $4.5k/mth + 10k bonus upon completion. NUS Masters in CS. Just graduated last year and working in a dead-end job.

100% wrong
TDP is 4.5k + 10k bonus, MA is not. They are NOT the same program.
