So SME Banking no need to go through AC. The final stage will be the panel interview.

For those that have went DBS Graduate Associate Program (JEM Assessment Centre) and have proceed to panel interview. What are the chances to be offered?

Candidates that are chosen after the AC are those are most likely to be hired. To what I understand from some banks and company.
