So in this case, there is a mismatch. Just move on.

But you would need to find out if you are cut out for this position. Or if it is just this particular employer that set its standards too high.

The notice period is different. So is the contract u signed.

Is a "manager" an entry level position in KPMG? You shouldn't even be worrying about probation if you are an experienced hire.

Anyway there are 1001 ways you can get forced out by management if they wanted to, probation or not.
