depends on how well you perform right?
if you do so well that they really want to keep you, then of course you can ask for higher comp.

They got tell you during interview? Cause mine during interview got say after probation got increment. If never say then cfm no have le. Or you can try request or ask from HR, but best is ask fellow colleague which is extreme close to you about this when they just join.

Bro, common sense. If the hiring manager mentioned to you (about increment upon confirmation) during your interview, you should ask after confirmation.
But if they said, your performance is not up to par, probably is time for you to look for a greener pasture while "slogging" with them.
There is no point asking if they didn't "promise" you that they will give you an increment after probation (or upon confirmation). They will give it to you when your performance proof to them that you are worth keeping. But if you do not intend to stay long with the company, no harm asking, since you got nothing to lose.

You should also ask for raise everytime you see the boss. its a performance review. If no raise means they dun like you anyway. time to leave for benefit of yourself and the management

AFAIK, most MNCs do not give increments after probation; some SMEs do, however.

Is this some sort of joke? You expect an increment after working just 3 months?

When I was a poly grad right after NS
Got the job 1.5k, after 3 months probation 1.8k, some months later 1.9k, near end of 1st year $2150
So yes it is possible
