Anybody know if you can still rotate among more “specialist” areas like data analytics if you do the MAP instead of the SMAP?

probably not unless u got a relevant degree then maybe can try

but u will get short-changed tho since smap pays more

It's about as big as the previous intake so quite big.

Anyone knows when the rejection letter will be sent after they give out the offer? My friend in the same panel interview got the offer but I got no reply so I assumed got rejected

Don't join singtel map and make the same mistake as me.
Generally, promotion to senior manager only after 5-6yoe, sm is only around 8k/month.
Don't be fooled by the higher starting salary.

I strongly suggest to job hop immediately after 2 years in the program

May I what is the offer like for this year? Any increase from last year?

after 6 years earn 8k you complain what??

not happy just change job. unless you are the boss.
