May I know what's the yearly increment for Singtel MAP?

I know starting is at $4600 at P2 grade. Any idea about increment? Interested to apply for this next year.

Hi, I don't think any more offers will be sent out. They have already sent out info sharing session invitation to the upcoming batch of MAs, which will be held tomorrow.

Don't fret, I heard Gomo and TPG telecom are still hiring

MAs will enter as PF2. Depending on the BU you are in, you will get varying titles.

Generally:

PF1/PF2 -> Engineer/Associate
PF2/PF3/PF4 -> Manager
PF5 -> Senior Manager

I would generally advice against joining the telcos if your goal is to achieve a high salary. Their revenue has been eroded over the years. I would only recommend it if you are there to gain exposure and then FO from there.

2013 -> my bonus was 4.9months including AWS for band 2 performer
In 2014 Singtel scraped AWS. When i left in 2019, the bonus had dropped to 2.5months for band 2 performer

hey thanks for the insight. how's the yearly increment like?

I got the offer but then rejected it.

No regrets, Singtel has a shitty culture and it seems with the increasing competition amongst telco in Singapore it's gonna become the second starhub (had so many rounds of layoffs until their office is only half occupied)
