Joined ST MAP a few years back, non-specialist track.
Started in July, and since ST annual year is Apr - Mar, your first year MAP bonus will be pro-rated to 9 months (July - March). For me, was a PR1 in my first year and i got just over 3 months bonus + early promotion to PF3. I think average performance rating for MA batch is PR2 so should be slightly lower than 3k? Not 100% sure on this.
Also, upon promotion to PF3 got pay raise by around 15%
