this is a mistake i see being made far too often it's shocking. rather than devote more time to filling out applications upon applications, devote more time towards researching/networking to find out which are the companies that are in hiring mode and within these, which specific divisions or roles are in demand. once you've done this, put full effort into each application. each submission must be perfect okay. quality over quantity, always. be smart and focused.
