Seems like AVP is max 8k based on mycareersfuture, while glassdoor average is 6.5k. seems low as compared to other banks

Japanese banks and MNCs usually pay more in terms of VB, but MUFG is notorious for being extremely stingy with comp.

At SMBC iirc the IB analysts get 5k base and anywhere from 6-9 months of bonus.
