MUFG is by far the worst paymaster of the Japanese banks. I'd be surprised if you could get more than 4k starting here in ANY role.

anyone knows what is the salary range for compliance manager in MUFG and what is the bonus like?

This company pays like crap. I got offered 3k flat for a fund accounting role. Local uni too.
