At LTA, u still got MAC. U should check with your friend that Jump from LTA to PUB if they had regretted.. very long nvr hear about MAC for engineer already

PUB has Work lif balance so those I know don’t regrets. LTA’s MAC sometimes will be 1-1.5months.

But downside of LTA lower job opportunity and can move to operator or contractor.

Anyone from WSP johor able to provide and pros and cons?

Does PUB offer engineering bonus like LTA's MAC?

Market adjustment component.. Sort of a bonus for engineers in LTA

Precisely. What's the point of having money when u have to spend it at the doctors to maintain your health.

Stress until got depression, anxiety, insomnia and chest pains. Bad temper and short fuse, flaring up at wife and kids for no reason, causing family to crumble.

The only people enjoying worklife balance in LTA are at least holding a DD role. Luckily I only spent 3 years there. Don't waste your life there. It's not worth it.

Nope.. all other agency doing engineering got some form of mac.. PUB Hr say your salary is already enough to buy MacDonald.. no extra mac.. 🤪

Is pub a good place to work and retire? Or the turn over is high? Looks like a small organisation.
