heard that fresh grad can get 7k in certain stat board already.

It’s like saying some insurance agent and housing agents are making million in a year.. but realistically, how many? Unless u r simi scholars.. then maybe.. otherwise, normal farmer.. assuming 4500 starting with annual $150 increment. 10yr + 1 promotions also only like increase by $2k? Do your maths lor.. don’t daydream too much.. it’s not so colourful..

annual where got $150 only? more like $200 then $220 then $240 then $260 then $280 then $300 etc. Assuming after 6 years promote can easy easy get $7k worrr

Too optimistic bro.. That kind of jump to 7k in 6 years probably for chao scholar only. Us farmers struggling to hit 6k also.

PUB with 6 years exp min chao chao 6k la. I’m in LTA now and salary already hit 6k with 5 years exp. Not forgetting got min 5 months bonus (1.5mth gov mid year and end year + 1 month AWS + 1.5mths PB + 1 mth MAC)

Then still have OT pay. But I still see many batch mates jumping to PUB citing higher pay
