Will likely need a decent or top MBA for senior mgmt roles. Not sure if it's worth the risk to take leave for 1 year, do M7/INSEAD MBA, then return for senior role.

Anyone promoted in Jul this year? What was the pay jump for each grade? Anyone know?

Previous years my side always closs to pay day then give.

Engineers level my side nobody got promoted.
Only got a few VPs and a few M3 and M4 quit.
