Do not give up!!

Maybe you have applied too many positions. You shd focus on job requirements that are 1) fresh grad or limited experience 2) competencies/ skills that you actually possess and can prove to be the company's asset 3) number of possible job vacancies

Apply those executive level position will also limit your chances as i doubt any organization will consider 2nd upper with the limited budget. So my suggested position is asst mgr and above.

Anyone knows of a job for degree holders that don't require much interaction with colleagues.

Example:
- Teacher
- Call Centre

Anymore ?

i beg to differ about teacher, i'm not one, but from my friends' experiences it seems important to interact and get along well with colleagues/superiors.

some people tell me don't apply for too many, because the employer can see what other jobs you applied for via careers.gov, so they might think you're not serious about it and just want any job.

but don't apply to more, lower chance...like that how man?

Problem is, public sector is almost everyone's first choice. Unlike other countries, public sector here is even more competitive that private sector. Maybe you should lower your expectations and join the public sector instead. It also depends on your type of degree, if you majored in physics but applying for MDA then I dont think you will get.

your theory is correct, however not totally agreeable.

You shd restrict your application to an organization, let say MOE, once or twice in a month and only those positions that interest you a lot .

So that means, you can apply to many public organizations at a time. The employers actually will not bother to check what you applying in other organizations.

And never apply the same position over and over again if nv shortlisted.
