thanks. how low ball is low. anyways, there anyone who wants to do resume vetting for me? if yes pm me
The lowest you can accept. Since you do not have commitments , don't see why you can't low ball your salary.

You can get a recruiter to help you with your resume. It is a win win thing. If the recruiter can nail a job for you an d you get employed, he will get the commission and you get a job.

Honestly i can understand where they are coming from cuz as manager, i interviewed people too. But usually I will still give people chance. The world just doesn't work this way that if you are nice, nice things will happen to you too... ooh well, sorry for the negativity. I'm just feeling so upset.
Please continue to give married with kids female candidates chance if you happen to interview ppl again.

And yes, even I am married without kids, the interviewer judged me too. This is a realistic world.

But you are not the only married mother without a job. I believe there are lots of such lol similar in your position everywhere. It is just they are lucky to meet non judgemental employers.

Don't give up. Keep searching.

I am the poster. There is a typo.

It should be "I believe there are lots of such ppl similar in your position everywhere."

If dont give, parents will say you are unfilial.

They say when you're young, they raise you up and now they not working, you didnt give them $.

right now. yup truth only $1.xx ( not trying to 1up anybody , but this is nothing but just the truth )

anyways in a previous post I mentioned that i am surviving taking $$ from my parents.
In my case, they do not say anything, they just give me money to survive on my daily F&B.
On my end, even if they are not saying anything, i personally feel bad.
Then again with $1.xx left in my bank account , well there is nothing much i can do
*sigh*
hmm can try finding jobs that pay by the hour to earn enough to get by first? But your first month of expenses still have to be covered by your parents though. But at least that’s a start and shows your willingness to keep yourself employed at least, which would look better to your future employers

could it be that they needed your allowance to get by on a daily basis, probably because they don’t have much savings? Also, it could be to motivate you to find your next job soon, because your expenses and responsibilities continue even when you are without a job. At some point when your savings dip to a certain uncomfortable level, you will have to rethink your job expectations and probably lower them to land a job sooner.

As a working mum, for example if your kid is sick and running high fever, vomiting profusely, will you rush home to take care of your kid, or will you remain in office to finish up the important report? Perhaps during your interview you should mention that work will be your top priority instead of your kid and make sure u walk the talk when u get a job.

many employers get to choose, why should they choose someone who cannot put work as their top priority, you have to think how to reassure the employer that they are the top priority instead of your kid, then perhaps u can stand a chance in this world.

How long will you usually search for permanent job before settling for a contract role instead (as not being able to get any permanent role)?
