bonus for SIA in 2011 = 1aws + 3.75mth
bonus for SIA in 2012 = 1aws + 3.5mth

the figure I got from my friends in SIA

is the 3+ months worth of bonus is it link to individual's performance?

how about their annual increment?

the bonus is flat thru out the board(maybe except the top management), every one from technician to senior engineer rank will same number of months of bonus!!!

annual increment approx 150+/-100 per year...
