is the 3+ months worth of bonus is it link to individual's performance?

the bonus is flat thru out the board(maybe except the top management), every one from technician to senior engineer rank will same number of months of bonus!!!
annual increment approx 150+/-100 per year...

Just went for my interview last Thursday, for those who are offered, can share how long will they take to call you back and how many rounds of interviews are there?
