I am working with ihis (my client ) now for a project. All I can say is they dun seem interested in their work with high turn over

it's been like this for many years. as long as it doesn't worsen to the extent where people complaining about failing healthcare services, and powerful people start probing, like in the Singhealth case, i don't think they will bother about it.

former IHIS employee for 4 years here. (Snr Analyst)

Agree with the bad culture and innovation.
Not good for growth but very stable.
I stayed 2 years more because i wanted to help with COVID.
Paywise expect IT business pay range, not SWE payrange for analysts.

So jialat? Thought i will take a pay cut to do something more meaningful....after reading the comments here, really having 2nd thoughts...

Any redeeming qualities?

New CEO cut from civil service cloth....i doubt can bring much change...

many many divs, but many are shits, say 80% bad 20% good
