Mine, zero! Or rather we have open classrooms. KPs will conduct them and teachers will sign up for it. As a normal teacher, my last lesson ob was many years ago when I was a BT.

Likely your CEP is only a GEO5 then. Have you taken your 10 years connect plan? Maybe they will only promote you in your 10th year. HR might be hoping that you will stay on for your 10th year bonus before they throw out another “carrot” to make you stay.

starting this july will be my 11th year.

i'm 2011 batch.

i am eligible for 10 year connect plan end of this year.

should i stay till end of this year? i think i should right? take the connect plan then sayonara

Hello, just heard there is April and October promotion. Does anyone know the difference? Heard some people only get promoted in October. Does that mean they got lower CEP / performance not as good?
