hi I was wondering anyone knows what is the salary range for MOE sch counsellor? It's on the MOE website ($2,900 to $4,610), but seems very low for a postgraduate applicant. Thanks.

For comparison purposes, degree holder moe teachers get 2900-3500. So for your case probably 3500-4600.

Everybody is. I've heard multiple accounts of SLs speaking up about it, but at the moment there is a firm "no discount" stance from upstairs.

Hahaha, do you know how long the chain of command is? Like from teacher to OYK?

Teacher -> SH/LH -> HOD -> VP -> P -> Supt -> ZD -> DOS -> DGE -> 2PS -> PS -> political leaders

There are so many layers between teachers and the top, the red tape is so thick it is almost a license to pretend they can't hear us screaming.
