For those that are promoted, just be patient and wait until 9-10th April for the new pay advice to see your new scale. Currently only merit increment. Mine is about 4% - for B grade (GEO4)

But roughly how much increment for Geo4 to Geo 5? Dont include the merit increment that we get

Doeends on how fast you are promoted.. If you are reaching the ceiling of geo 4, then promotion into geo 5 would not be much..
