Basic salary,mvc,non pen comp
although i did received the pay increment (due to the salary adjustment)
I realised that the BASIC SALARY,MVC,NON PEN COMP are all reduced compared to my previous months before October 22.
NPVP did increase and overall gross did increase.
but somehow, i felt being scammed.
anyone can enlighten?

Does being appointed to KP when one is geo4 mean that promotion rate will be faster?

U should verify your understanding of the word ‘scammed’ before using it further.

Indeed Ds should be justified specifically. But depending on the humans that decide on it, it can still be subjective, and a rather grey area isn't it?
Just saying that not every human has the same "standard" for "justification".

Please, if you get Ds because of such incidents, complain to HR and make an appeal. Especially if get D because of points 1 and 2. However, you must be able to justify the impact of your work too.
Many officers clocked at least 5-7 days of MC this year to due to getting covid. So, it’s not fair to just give them adverse grades.

1. You used the word “brutally”. Word your feedback appropriately and most KPs should be able to swallow it. Even if they can’t, it will be harder for them to use it against you, since the ranking panel members are likely to ask for examples of one not being tact in interacting with others.
2. You must understand that while being ill is not a fault of the officer, someone else has to cover his/her job during the absence. Kids are also at the losing end. Would you like your child to be taught by a teacher who is constantly away from school?
3. Complaints….if the negative feedback comes pouring in throughout the year, the officer better be more reflective and work on the issues highlighted. I would say that most of the time when complaints reach SLs’ or higher level, the teacher most probably did not invest enough time in building rapport with the students and establish channels of comms with parents. The latter are pre likely to ‘complain’ when they do not know a teacher, have no idea how to reach him/her, hear negative things about the teacher from the child.
Lots of hearsay. Why not focus on hearsay if you teach well, love your job, go the extra mile to engage students and parents, you might get an A? Life is not a bed of roses, focus on the right thing and you will feel happier.

Why an officer be at least GEO4 before school can internally appoint as acting SH/AYH/KP? are there instances when a GEO3 officer is offered an internal KP role under SD team?

Internal appointment can be given to any officer at any subgrade, if the P deems that they are ready to take up the role.

It’s whether the P wants to do justice to the staff. That P really knew the staff well and was able to quote work done to justify at least a C for every single staff.
In my other sch, the ranking begins with let’s calculate the number of Ds we need to give if we do not want to give X number of C-. The SLs have already led ranking in this manner so sadly, some officers would be given a D. The definition of D is also vague. It’s just ‘not performing in comparison to peers’.
So don’t take ranking too seriously, life is more than just pb. If you ever feel unfair then appeal. Also, don’t just remain in the same place if you feel unjust. Change school. Who knows, you will meet the P that I mentioned in the first school.

Min 5% D or no D then 7% C-
