What subject do you teach? If you can teach EL, SS, mother tongue, maybe got chance. If you can only teach math and science then you wait until next century.

A GEO3 ceiling could be higher than a GEO5 salary. Just that no MI.

The 7 years is inclusive of 3 years no MI cos at ceiling.

I dunno...if promoted cos of SL.
