Yep, a lot of them are very chill. Would encourage anyone to go for it if they have a chance, working in the actual country itself is way different from the local branch as the culture doesn't carry over very well sometimes. But generally even local branch for European MNCs are quite chill as long as the management doesn't have the old school micromanaging long hours means you're working mindset.

Went for an interview today at KC3 for an admin position. The walk from the guardhouse to the admin block was quite far and no shelter. Working hours 8am to 530pm. Let's see if there will be further updates from HR. Just sharing. FYI

Most camps have unsheltered areas on the way to the block not to mention the bus stops. GG if wet weather.

Sorry to burst your bubble but it is almost unlikely that Mindef will pay up to that salary if you are just a fresh grad.
