Can you share how long did it take for them to offer you the job after your last interview?

For me, i was the first choice and i got offered on the same day in the afternoon. If it takes longer than likely u are the second or third choice and those before you rejected the offer

bro if u can ask this means u obviously havent move much in the application process... dont go ahead of yourself and give yourself more worries la. Just get shortlisted first, pass the interview, then worry about the next few steps, it is auto one

tbh the long wait is not due to clearance, becos if clearance got red flags then it will be known to u to clarify it. The long wait after the clearance process is due to hr. most of them clear long leave during year end

yeah I think I need to move on. Obviously did not pass the interview when there is no news after a month

Is there a reason why you feel you will be progress to the next step? Like wrong signal from the interviewer?

Bro.. I was told by interviewer hr will contact me. Does it imply he’s asking me to wait for rejection email from hr or hr will reach out to me with next steps (successfully progress to next stage)?

mindef got no rejection email. 2 weeks no reply means never move on. if the interview panel really wants you, they will tell u directly that u are hired, and HR will liaise with u on the verbal package. If they tell u wait for HR, means u just wasted your half day leave

For all job applications, always apply for a few jobs....u never know when they will reply u

I guess so, anyway doesnt matter coz the offer is good
