Hi all, I applied for a “manager” role. Will there be chances they peg me as senior manager (mx11) instead of manager (mx9)? I have 7-8 years of working experience in private sector.

Don't think anyone has done a reference from YOE to DX rank. At most you'll get the parrot replies aka some variation of only HR knows
