Its like submitting an application.
So is awaiting selection. You may also be rejected. Most people fill up forms if they are needed to do psychometric test.
Ya, HR will shortlist recommended candidates for hiring managers. Then hiring chooses who want to interview, or all.

Applied for DXO months ago but my psychometric test which was supposed to be in April got delayed indefinitely. Did anyone get the same thing?
i expect it to resume next month maybe....but what a delay
