If I previously applied for SID and got rejected or had to withdraw for personal reasons, can I apply again in the future?

I attended the first round, but I already have an offer elsewhere. So if i get rejected, then its fine. But if i get to the next round, chances are I have to withdraw. Will I be able to apply again in the future under both scenarios?

Dont u think the definite answer can only be given by the employers themselves? Whoever the employer are.
And i think i read somewhere in the FAQ section of their website has stated something similar.
Come on...u know ur question only HR can answer..or are u just looking for words of comfort when u know the answer given here may not be accurate?
