Contrary to the popular narrative. There are quite a handful of DXOs with private degrees.

Though I would advise you that you’ll be scrutinized heavily on your A Levels/Diploma for hiring consideration.

I applied for executive post and was informed to submit forms on the same day
. Does anyone know if executive post need to go for psychometric test and how long do I have to wait cause it seems like there's no tracking for application status

previous post already somebody said no need psychometric test for exec role. pls do ur homework.

Still waiting for the result of the my 1st interview...not sure if i am not selected further or they just cant arrange for site visit for now hence no respond..no reply to my email so far as well?

I am still waiting for PT invitation...

hi, my application process was:

Applied online -> Submitted forms -> just had 1st video interview, waiting for followup

No mention of any psychometric test despite the position I'm applying for historically having had a PT in the application process. Did they just swap the order around for me? Maybe did the job position removed the PT? wonder if anyone else is having a similar experience.

a position in MINDEF (not v. comfortable with saying the exact role haha)

they did mention in the interview that they would follow-up in the next week or so, hope it's not a rejection because it seems pretty fast compared to other DXO application stories here

LOL sorry I just realized DXO is naturally part of MINDEF...brain a bit fried from the interview
