the only thing i can do to prove is to type the directive liao. not going to do that. As mentioned, uniformed personnel gets way more bonus and they need to serve longer to qualify. DXO gets much less but gets it earlier.

Not possible. Assistant Manager (DX9) hires require undergraduate-level qualification.
I’ve seen DXOs with private degrees but never without. This is of course excluding the Unit Safety Officer roles which exclusively hire enciks from the Army Safety Inspectorate.

highly unlikely.
cause there are more undergraduates that would want the job. you can always join the 'executive' roles and get a part-time degree and then emplace to an DX9 job.
