As the selection process is highly competitive, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
You can consider your application as unsuccessful if you do not hear from HR within 2 weeks of your application date.

normally if you apply after 1 week and they nv get back to you or tell u submit documents means u are not being shortlisted. normally if shortlisted, they will contact u in 2-3 days time. correct me if i am wrong.

Hello, any new applicants recently applied and have gotten any replies from the HR? After I have submitted my forms, there were no indication of receipt from the MINDEF side, and its been 2 weeks with no sound coming from them.

I went for psychometric test 4 weeks ago. Still no news. If you're asking about initial application, it took them 2 weeks to schedule test for me.
