thanks for the information.
can explain a bit what exactly this "super-scale" is? I've seen it mentioned a couple times here, seems to associate with "scholar-track", "CEP"(not sure if that's correct or what it means), but never understand what they refer to exactly...

Is G11 senior manager and G10 manager? Is G12 assistant director and G13 deputy director?

Anyone been on the Technology Associate programme before? Seems like a good graduate program where you can choose to enter management or technical role after the 2 years, but not much talk about it online

Can a person who doesn't lead a team (ie individual contributor) be able to reside in the executive manager grade? Or is senior manager the highest he can go if he remains as an individual contributor?

I'm interested to know this as well. or a related matter, what's the career progression for consultant?
after senior/principle consultant, what's next?
what's the equivalent of a principle consultant in management track?

anyone with insider info can share the typical time it takes to move from senior manager to AD, and AD to DD?
I saw from previous posts SM can be the terminal state for some people. so what's the typical criteria for one to reach DD or even D in iDA?
another question is, if in consultant track, is there an earlier terminal title compared to management track? or is it still able to progress and merge to DD / D titles.
thanks!
