I have seen very funny titles. Manager (software development) but requires technical skills. Then Consultant (XX) requires team leading skills. There's no consistency in how their jobs are designed or described. It is very confusing.

AD & DD's pay at $12k and $14k seems lower than poly's and other CS scales. What about the bonuses? Can it compare with those in CS? Eg 3 mths for average performers, 4.5 mths for above average and 6 mths for the top performers.

lol.. in CS DD only 10K nia leh...SAD is 8K due to title inflation...

2 grades for manager think G9 (6K) and G10 (8K)

hi anyone know if i m earning 8K now, with about 10 years of relevant private sector industry experience, what grade would they put me in? and what's that ceiling.

saw that IDA has a position called "executive manager". just wondering what level is that and what is the salary range? interested to know so that I apply to jobs at the right level.

Can anyone help? how about AD or Senior manager?

What is an external contract position in IDA?
