not sure what do you mean by recently, not that i am aware of... maybe firm not doing well,, maybe will PIP

Just received a call from the company that I had applied. They wanted me but they had offer a salary that I was not looking for. I told them to increase the basic salary by 5% and was told that they will review again and get back.
May I know if they usually will get back or not? The company is quite a well know company.

GLC also got jhk but they are capped at around 10-15%

big 4 is now around 50-60% jhk

mid tier is jhk majority cause low ses company plus low pay

You counting PR is it?

Cause permits got quotas and limits. Not possible to be 60%

Some government have JHK.
But more important roles in government - no JHK at all.
