Dun undderstand why some ppl die die dun wan to call or email and ask? Too shy or scared the HR will bite you all?

The HR is pretty hopeless anyway, refuse to tell when I am not selected.

Can share how you know they are getting 30 ppl this time? And do you know if they have already finalised their selection?

Anyway if you still dont get it :

My bad, I have to admit that I didn't click on the link.

Since they have already made up their minds, they should have informed the unsuccessful applicants, instead of keeping them guessing. And in your case, they should have gave you a direct answer when you contacted them to ask. Is a simple 'yes' or 'no' that difficult to say?

I saw the namelist at the security guard when I went for the first interview. There were around 70-80 ppl in the list. Well, sucks to be in the (n-30) group...

Wow, recruit now for Sep? Is that the norm for gov job for such a long lag? Nomrally pte co only will wait for 1 mth from the offer letter

The news link was very informative, thanks to whoever that posted it here. I was still stupidly waiting for news from IPOS before seeing this.

No call within 1 or 2 weeks = not you...

But I thought stat board or ministries will inform even if you are not selected after interview?

How would you rate working in ipos? Whats the culture there like and career prospects?
