Anyone work in this company. What is the average bonus given in recent year. Anyone work there recently or before and care to share?

Ha, you are lucky....I spotted your question, I have worked there around 3 years back.....compensation is not fantastic and bonuses are so-so i.e. around 2.5 months including AWS.....only in a very rare good year can you get close to 3 months in total.....so make sure you negotiate as high as you can bargain for the base salary before you sign on the dotted line....yearly increments are a pittance.

I did work there about 8 years ago. But the pace and work over there is very slow. Not a good place if you want challenging task. But the people are generally ok last time. But not too sure now.

For manufacturing...having 1 months plus is consider very good lor. My current one no bonus many years. If give bonus will be based on job performance. So you can see how bad that is. Imagine they save how much
money from employee by taking away the bonus. That hurt and suck big time
