Interview Process at IPOS?

I have gone through the interview for Associate Patent Examiner 2 weeks ago for Panel 1 and for Panel 2 interview this week. However, the HR asked for my character referee contact and send them some questionnaire to fill in before the Panel 2 interview. Just wanna check who has gone through the interviews for this role? Does it mean that I would have a high chance of getting the job as the HR had contact my character referees?

One was my PhD supervisor, the other was my ex-company reporting officer and they had submitted the questionnaires before the Panel 2 interview. HR did not mention anything about the answers.

So it was nothing commendable or remarkable.

It would have been good to hear something like:

"Your RO wrote that you were a man who was remarkably hard to find."

Or a supporting remark like:

"Your PhD sup gave you very high ratings for creativity."

How is life as an associate trade mark examiner in IPOS?
