If u only plan to stay 3 years get ca and our, a higher base pay firm is more advantageous cos they would ask your latest pay slip when u apply for commercial roles

Speaking from experience… I was offered 5k at my new job with 1.5 YOE… almost same pay as another audit girl who quit as AM… cos her base was only 1k above me

EY audit only 3.2k? How can that be.. they revised everyone's pay last year and are paying above n beyond mkt rate
