Icaew is a bridge to scaq. U can also take scaq directly if you are from local u.

What makes you think it is the whole team that won’t get promoted? Everyone has a few engagements during the year. The whole team might get marked down for this engagement together, but your team mates might be “saved” by their other engagements and ended up only you not get promoted.

You want to slack, go ahead. But it is really loser to egg others on.

Contrary to what the other poster says, the job market is actually quite good now, if you are singaporean or pr. If you want to jump, quickly jump now when the labour market is still tight. Once the govt open the floodgates wider, all jobs will be taken up.

As S2, you can find jobs as analyst or accountant.
