You don't expect an A1 to wear formal & tie to office just to do vouching
All male big 4 employees had to wear long sleeve biz shirt and ties to office 15 years ago. They removed the tie requirement some time back and introduced dress down only very recently.

Dress down or not. Doesn’t change the fact all listed companies are audited by 23-25yo fresh grad associates LOL
