There are so many Sms and so many ppl on this “ partners “ list
At this rate almost anyone can be partner

If u just stick on in big 4
Most likely u will make partner
As for sure u have clients on ur portfolio

They help out on M&A transactions usually, assisting in different aspects like strategy, post-acquisition operations and etc. They start at 7k per month, typically work 9-6pm.

They have a lot of exit opportunities, from Insurance Agent to SAF General

Typically 12 to 14 years with few years of overseas exposure in one of large Big4 offices (US/UK)

Start at 7k per month (assuming you meant associates) and working 9-6pm cannot be anywhere further from the truth LMAO.

The salary sounds about right for a junior manager grade.

Big 4 SM is very slack . Everything delegate , if you have good people and workdogs under you , life is smooth. They are just slacking at home during the WFH and sitting in meetings only without adding any value
