This is absolutely rubbish. I agree that Salary is the #1 factor, but it is not the only factor.

By your logic, if Blue pays the highest but Orange has the least overtime, the salary per hour for Orange may be higher than Blue.

Who told you orange has the least overtime? Culture and welfare do not equate to less OT. FYI, many left orange last year due to excessive OT. Though I still agree that salary is not the main factor because the working culture is really important. From what I know only yellow culture is not as desirable
