Same thing why got retainees in secondary school and JC. You don't perform well how to promote..never a guarantee. It's not as easy as it seems.

People who are in will generally say it's easy to get in or promote BC they haven been there done that.

Audit pay increment will even out in snr level and higher in managerial position. Also far better exit opportunity and vastly different kind of job. Unlimited opportunity within the finance field basically.
