yellow is the best. bid and won a project for the usage of three manpower. but end up only one person is assigned to do it

LMAO shambolic. I wonder why clients keep paying and paying for such terrible service.

B4's external client-facing marketing and branding so slick, with nice slide decks and websites and articles bla bla. But internally, so shorthanded, throwing workpapers to unqualified interns, n their professionals r from second or third world countries who can barely speak English?? Can their advice and work product even be trusted?

If this were any other professional services line like consulting or broking or law firms, the firm would be fired straightaway.

Audit is an oligopolistic mafia. Should break them up to increase competition and maybe there'll be pressure for quality of services n professionals to increase.

Lol quality control non-existent in audit. Every year the quality of the ppl in b4 getting worse. 10 years ago still got fch local uni grads flocking in. Now the percentage of big 3 local uni acc grads in b4 dropping every year. If you are academically inclined and have a good cv, will you want to work 18 hrs a day for 3.4k? Now go linkedin see the big4 fresh grads mostly those cmi sim, sit, suss or australia grads.

3.4k is overstated. Nah im over that stage and understand how rotten this industry is. Too many dumb auditors now, who dont even know frs, tax and ssa. Waste time waste money for these nonsense services every year. Low end job for ppl who dun know what they are doing. Reviewed the workpapers will question wtf companies are paying for every year.

You are wrong. Now big 4 is 50% Jhk work permit holders who are there to get SG PR. I don’t know what is so nice about being SG PR besides enjoying the 1:3 exchange rate. Even private uni grads also shun big 4.
