You guys who sit in the office, better show some respect to the guys associates who working in fieldwork.

They are working their ass for you guys so that:
a. your company can hold AGM
b. your company can get bank facilities
c. your company can get bank loans
d. you can sign off your audit report
e. you can review the working paper
f. you can use this audited accounts to approve loans

Please show some respect to the associates or managers who are working hard to meet your deadlines.

Note: These are your KPI.

So far, I see the seniors are still very happy cause they just got a 1k increment from their A2 grade.

Only a minority realised the next batch getting 4.5k, it’s not common knowledge YET

But now that you posted here, more and more will find out lol

I think the audit fees will keep on increasing each year as the fresh graduates want higher salaries and partners want higher profit margin each year.

Do you guys foresee the audit fees goes into spiraling every year?

It has been a $1k increment from A2 $3.8k to S1 $4.8k. Their increase from the previous batch is around $100, assuming orange S1 is $4.9k.

Auditor most useless people in the world

Some argue that AJE/RJE/WJE add same value.

Give ML points also add value. But it doesnt work the same way as you are observing the process as an outsider

But to arrive at true and fair financial statements, the process is standardised

U are merely conducting a real life fitness checkup and certificate of fitness
