I think we get something close to 0.5. if its above 0.5, it is good already. People here saying it should be close to 1.0 will be disappointed. The argument that since NWC recommends all companies to give inflation-helping bonus is mistaken that this will fall under year end bonus. If any, gov will give one off bonus under a different category. It could be announced later and i dont think it will be much. 300 dollars for example.

Anyway hoping for the best. Been monitoring news since last thursday

I believe they should give a bigger one time bonus to lower grade 1 2 3 4. They are having the most impact

Govt should have differentiate those higher or super scale grades (Eg Directors/Managers/Deputy Managers) and above for a lower AVC. For those below mangers level should get a higher AVC as will have more impact on average or low wage employees.

Honestly the one taking most impact is grade 1-4. Their pb is 0.5month less then
