Mid-Year Civil Servant Bonus 2020
No bonus for civil service employees in 2020 due to economic crisis and covid situation. Senior civil servants will get one-time pay cuts; the more senior you are, the bigger the cut.

Don't care about bonus, got AWS/13th month or not? That's the more important question.

Somewhere late Feb this year there’s news cited that front line officers will be getting 1 month Covid bonus. Hopefully they will announce this soon.

Hearsay polyclinic doctors and staff who worked on the front line and saw Covid patients will not be getting this bonus...dunno how true. They are not under CS but it's public health care. If rumour is true I think super unfair and a misrepresentation to announce that front line health care staff will get.

Maybe early Dec. Better don't expect there is a bonus. No expectations no disappointments.
